Refund policy

At KM Signee, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read the following guidelines regarding refunds and exchanges:

Eligibility

• Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Sending multiple options for selection is not permitted.

Process

• To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@kmstore.co.

• Refunds or exchanges are processed within three (3) business days after we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse.

• For orders paid by Visa, Mastercard, or installment plans, refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via Instapay or e-wallet transfer.

Fees & Charges

• A flat E£90 return shipping fee applies. This fee is doubled for orders originally shipped under free-shipping promotions.

• A 3% restocking fee applies to all refunds.

• A 1% cash collection fee applies only to COD orders (not applicable for Visa, Mastercard, or installment payments).

• Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Important Notes

• Refunds will only be initiated after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse team.

• Return and shipping fees apply in all cases, including exchanges.
