1. Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Sending multiple items or options to choose from is not permitted.

2. How to return or exchange

  1. Contact us at hello@kmstore.co to request a refund or exchange.
  2. Send the item back in its original condition and packaging.
  3. We inspect it at our warehouse once it arrives.
  4. We process your refund or exchange within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting your item.

3. How you'll be refunded

  • Visa, Mastercard or instalment plans: refunded automatically to your original payment method.
  • Cash on delivery: refunded by Instapay or e-wallet transfer.
